The Bloomsday Committee invites you to celebrate Ulysses with this much-beloved annual reading of passages from James Joyce’s masterpiece. The Irish Consul will introduce the evening and read the opening passage. Bring your copy of the great work and follow along as snippets from ten chapters are interpreted by a variety of readers. We’ll travel through Dublin from the top of the Martello Tower to Sandymount Strand to Barney Kiernan’s pub and to Hades and back!
